Allowing REND Tech Associates to monitor your businesses's IT environment is an easy task. The first step is for you to contact our office and arrange for an onsite audit. The audit will allow us to better understand your environment which in turn will help us provide you with an accurate quote. Post the audit completion we will install our monitoring and tracking software on your IT environment and begin carrying out critical system checks. We will also create a hardware and IT register specific for your business that will allow us to keep your IT environment details on our record register.
your system is now being monitored on 24X7 basis and our engineers have all the resources required to be able to fix, update and configure your system automatically. We will also send you monthly reports updating you on the state of your IT environment and the work we have conducted during the month.

We absolutely do! By using the latest in remote desktop technologies and cloud solutions we are able to manage, maintain and support all aspects of your businesses's IT environment remotely. Our IT service desk operating hours are between 8am-6pm EST however you can always login a support request online at anytime.
Should there be need for us to send one of our qualified engineers on site then all you need to do is confirm the best date and time for the onsite visit. Please note, a prior arrangement will need to be made for any onsite visits that are outside our support agreements.
